EPIK Begins

Founded in 2017 by a team of bankers, technologists and entrepreneurs who found current legacy systems to be too rigid to meet current market requirements of agility and customer experience. After working together for over a decade helping large and small banks across the globe solve their complex business problems, the team decided to create an eco-system which is agile, nimble and always listening to customer needs. EpikInDiFi was started by a team of industry veterans and current team having a combined banking and technology experience of over 500 person years, have rich and diversified experience in designing, delivering and implementing banking software in different parts of the world.

EPIK, a scale-up stage niche software solutions company specializing in banking solutions covering all aspects of a bank’s digital transformation and journey. Head quartered at Chennai and office in Bangalore, Melbourne, Sydney and Singapore.

SOLAIYAPPAN NACHIAPPAN
Over 14 years of banking and technology experience across APAC. Built and delivered products, user-centered design, UI/UX for web, mobile/tablet and desktop, managed large digital transformations. Deep expertise in Core banking – Retail and Institutional, Lending, Originations and Customer Management. He has ideated some of the leading products including Vanguard and Rubix and gone ahead with developing them from grounds up.

Over 20 years of experience in banking and technology experience with extensive experience in retail banking, business banking, credit cards and wealth product operations. She comes with a proven track record of sustained performance improvement through streamlining and process optimization, managing change and strategic planning. She is an enthusiastic and strong communicator and loves creating synergy and coordinating efforts to foster new thoughts and ideas.
